IM Canada offers student internships of various lengths for Bible college and Christian university students.
Costs listed apply only to in-country expenses. Other costs such as flights, visas, and medical insurance are not included because they vary based on your school and internship location.
Romania – River of Life Internship
River of Life Ministries offers various ministries on one campus. It supports at-risk single mothers, children, and elderly impoverished widows.
Opportunities include village outreach, community church ministry, teaching, preaching, music, and construction work. We seek students who are flexible, have servant hearts, can live simply, and love people.
Approximate in-country costs per month: $995.00. This includes:
room/board, in-country travel, ministry costs, and admin fee.

Ukraine – English Outreach (ON HOLD)
If you speak English, you can serve in Odessa, Ukraine. English-speaking expatriates will provide guidance and train you to share the Gospel and disciple others.
Opportunities include building relationships with university students, teaching conversational English, leading English club activities, Bible studies, and church services. You’ll also enjoy Ukrainian culture and the Black Sea. We need passionate students for many exciting opportunities. Please join us!

Uganda – Children’s Village
Children’s Village Ministry in Pawel, Uganda serves children coming from South Sudanese refugee camps where they have been marginalized and abused. Most have lost one or both parents to AIDS, malaria, typhoid, suicide or murder by rebels. Interns help the “house moms” and teachers care for the children, teach them English, and pour God’s hope and love into their lives through word and deed.
Approximate in-country costs per month: $750.00. This includes room/board, in-country travel, ministry costs and admin fee.
Uganda – Youth Ministry
Youth Ministry in Jinja, Uganda involves staying at a missionary compound with a training center. You’ll lead Bible studies, mentor and encourage youth, and build relationships with them, children, and adults. You can also use your gifts in teaching, preaching, and music. This experience offers a chance to deeply engage with the community and make a meaningful impact.
Approximate in-country costs per month: $750.00. This includes room/board, in-country travel, ministry costs and admin fee.
